Divine Roofing provides roofing inspection, repair, and replacement services to residential and commercial property owners in the Cleveland County and Western NC area. Through the Site, you may request a free roof inspection by submitting a contact form with your personal information.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our Services. By submitting a request through the Site, you represent that you are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to request an inspection.
Divine Roofing offers complimentary roof inspections at no cost and with no obligation. A free inspection does not constitute a binding contract for repair or replacement services. Any subsequent work will require a separate written agreement and estimate.
After submitting an inspection request, a Divine Roofing specialist will contact you to schedule an appointment. You may cancel or reschedule at any time by calling us at (201) 329-4027. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule inspections due to weather, staffing, or other operational needs.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms on the Site, including your name, phone number, email address, and property address. Providing false information may result in the inability to schedule or complete services.
Any estimates provided by Divine Roofing are based on the inspector's assessment at the time of the inspection and are subject to change if additional damage or conditions are discovered during the course of work. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
Divine Roofing provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on completed roofing projects, in addition to any applicable manufacturer warranties on materials. Warranty terms will be detailed in the written contract for each project.
Divine Roofing may assist you in filing insurance claims for storm damage or other covered events. However, we do not guarantee that your insurance provider will approve any claim. We are not an insurance company, adjuster, or legal representative.
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, design elements, and code — is the property of Divine Roofing and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divine Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
